Adding a sub domain

Thank you for your enquiry.  To create a new subdomain please login to your control panel and navigate to your subscription.  For details on how to do this please click the link below:

Find below the various steps to follow for each hosting type: Entry Level, Virtual, and Dedicated.   If you are not sure what type of subscription you have please consult the following link:

Entry Level subscription

 

  1. Please click on the 'Domains' icon or tab.
  2. Please then click on the domain name
  3. Click on the websites and domains tab (please skip if you cannot see any tabs)
  4. Click on the Add new sub-domain button (or click on the sub-domain button, then add new sub-domain)

 

On here you will be able to create your sub-domain and choose the path to where you want the sub-domains files to be stored.  Please then click 'OK to create the sub-domain.

 

 

Virtual subscription

 

  1. Click on the ‘Parallels Plesk Panel’ icon and then click on the ‘Open Panel’ button. When logging in to the panel, you will need to use ‘Admin’ as the username and the password that corresponds to this username.
  2. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab please click either.
  3. Please then click on the domain name
  4. Click on the websites and domains tab (please skip if you cannot see any tabs)
  5. Click on the Add new sub-domain button (or click on the sub-domain button, then add new sub-domain)

 

On here you will be able to create your sub-domain and choose the path to where you want the sub-domains files to be stored.  Please then click 'OK to create the sub-domain.

 

 

Dedicated subscription

 

  1. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab click either.
  2. Click on the ‘create domain’ icon or add new subscription button to create a new domain.
  3. Please then click on the domain name
  4. Click on the websites and domains tab (please skip if you cannot see any tabs)
  5. Click on the Add new sub-domain button (or click on the sub-domain button, then add new sub-domain)

     

    On here you will be able to create your sub-domain and choose the path to where you want the sub-domains files to be stored.  Please then click 'OK to create the sub-domain.
