My domain has been suspended because the validity period / expiry date has been reached

When you first setup a domain you are given the option for your domain to be suspended a year from the day you setup the domain. Unless that is you select for the domain to never expire.  If you did not notice this during your domain setup there is an easy way to resolve the issue and get your site back up.

 

To begin please login to your control panel and navigate to your subscription.  For details on how to do this please click the link below:

Find below the various steps to follow for each hosting type: Entry Level, Virtual, and Dedicated.   If you are not sure what type of subscription you have please consult the following link:

Entry Level subscription

 

  1. Please click on the 'Domains' icon or tab.
  2. Then click on the domain name
  3. Then on the customise button or Resource Usage icon
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the tickbox marked 'Never expires' or 'Unlimited' next to the expiry date .  
  5. Click ok to confirm the changes.

 

You will then be able unsuspend your domain by clicking on the Activate button or Unsuspend link.

 

 

 Virtual subscription

 

  1. Click on the ‘Parallels Plesk Panel’ icon and then click on the ‘Open Panel’ button. When logging in to the panel, you will need to use ‘Admin’ as the username and the password that corresponds to this username.
  2. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab please click either.
  3. Then click on the domain name
  4. Then on the customise button or Resource Usage icon
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the tickbox marked 'Never expires'.       
  6. Click ok to confirm the changes.

 

You will then be able unsuspend your domain by clicking on the Activate button or Unsuspend link.

 

 

Dedicated subscription

 

  1. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab click either.
  2. Then click on the domain name
  3. Then on the customise button or Resource Usage icon
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the tickbox marked 'Never expires'.       
  5. Click ok to confirm the changes.

 

You will then be able unsuspend your domain by clicking on the Activate button or Unsuspend link.
