Checking limits and how to correct them

Please be aware that part of the maintenance of your sites which you are responsible for is the resource usage, such as disk space.  We provide a range of tools to help you manage your domains more effectively, so that your domain or account will not be suspended.  In order to check your current usage, please follow these steps:

To alter the limits for your domain please login to your control panel www.ehosting.com/signin and navigate to your subscription.  For details on how to do this please see the following link:

Find below the various steps to follow for each hosting type: Entry Level, Virtual, and Dedicated.  

 

Entry Level subscription


  1. Click on the domains icon or tab.
  2. You should then click on the domain name
  3. Click on either Resource usage or customise button.

 

Please then adjust the relevant resources.  To confirm any resource changes please click the OK button.

 

Virtual subscription


  1. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab along the top; please click either.
  2. You should then click on domain name
  3. Click Resource usage or customise

 

Please then adjust the relevant resources.  To confirm any resource changes please click the OK button.

 

Dedicated subscription


  1. If you can see a ‘Domains’ option in the left-hand menu or a ‘Web Spaces’ tab along the top; please click either.
  2. You should then click on domain name and click Resource usage or customise

 

Please then adjust the relevant resources.  To confirm any resource changes please click the OK button.
