In order to change the nameservers for a domain please follow this procedure:

  1. Login to your eHosting control panel (
  2. Click on the subscription drop down box (top right) and select 'All my domains'
  3. Click on the 'All my domains' tab
  4. Click on the domain you wish to change the nameservers for
  5. Click on the nameservers tab
  6. Click edit and make the required changes
  7. Once you have made the changes and saved them please click on the button next to edit within the nameserver tab that says "Synchronize with Registrar"

If you want to edit the name-servers for a .com, follow the above stages without using the "Synchronize with Registrar" button. After this contact us and we will finalise the changes for you.

If you are moving your domain over to eHosting's nameservers please be aware that by default nameservers are not updated.  The nameservers have to be manually updated.  Another thing to note is that the DNS records are not copied over.  Instead default records based on the hosting you have created are setup.  If you use an email service with another company, for example google, you will need to manually update the DNS records PRIOR to you switching the nameservers over.  This is to ensure that your sites and email do not stop working correctly.
