How can I tell if I have paid?

As soon as payment is recieved for an order you will recieve an Invoice. Invoices are classed as your recipt and show that a service has been paid for. If you have not yet recieved an Invoice then your service has not yet been paid for.
If there are any outstanding ammounts on your account you will be notified when you view the 'Home' tab. You will see the outstanding ammount next to a note saying 'Outstanding documents'. Please see below for an example:
