I have just registered a domain name, however it is not working, have I done something wrong?

For technical reasons it is common for a domain name to take upto 24 to 48 hours for it to becom fully active. However it can sometimes be as quick as 10 minutes. This applies to all automated domains such as .com, .co.uk, and many other doamins. However, some domains such as .plc.uk and .ltd.uk are manually verified and so may take some time to become registered.

Once the order has been placed for a domain registration and has been paid in full the registrant process is taken care of automatically. If you would like to access your FTP before a domain name has fully propogated you can use the IP address of the server and the site preview function within the control panel to view the uploaded site.
