Entry Level subscription

  1. Click on the home tab
  2. Click on the domains link/domains tab/domains icon (globe icon).
  3. Click on the manage hosting/control panel link corresponding to the domain name.
  4. Click on the websites and domains tab (skip this step if you cannot see it)

  • For MSSQL databases click on the backup manager icon.

To restore a backup of your database please then click on the database backup manager icon, then on the 'upload' button.  Please choose the database to backup and then click ok.  Please remember that only backups named with the .bak suffix will be able to be uploaded.  Click on the backup name and then follow the on screen prompts to restore the database.

    • For MYSQL databases click on the databases icon

Click on the database name, then on the webadmin icon.  A popup window will then open.  Please select your database from the panel on the left hand side.  Click on the import tab, then click on the choose file button and select the file from your operating system.  Please then click the 'Go' button to upload your database.

N.B.  Please be aware that your database would need to be less than or equal to 2 GB in size for it to be uploaded.  However when close to 2GB you may get time outs when uploading due to connection speeds varying.  We would advise that you split your backups up by backing up groups of tables instead of taking one large backup of all tables.
