To run a report to discover what is using your disk space please login to your control panel and navigate to your subscription.  For details on how to do this please see the following link:

Please see below for the various steps to take for each subscription type.  If you are not sure what type of subscription you have; see this following link:

Entry Level subscription

  1. Click on the domains icon or tab.
  2. You should then click on the domain name
  3. Click on the statistics tab.

If you cannot see the statistics tab then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the title 'statistics', this is a drop down box.
  2. Please click 'Summary report'
  3. Please click the 'Summary report drop down and select 'Full report'

This will then display a full break down of all the disk space that is being used on the domain.

If you clicked directly on the statistics tab: When looking at the report there are four types of usage; Web, Mail, Databases and Other.  Other refers to log files and backups.  These can be accessed in the websites and domains tab then by clicking on the respective icon.  To see which mail boxes are using what disk space please click on the 'Mail' tab.  Web refers to the files stored in your HTTPDOCS folder.
