Thank you for your enquiry.  To manage your file permissions please login to your eHosting control panel and navigate to your subscription.  If you are unsure as to how to do this please see this guide:

http://www.ehosting.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/70/0/logging-in-and-navigating-to-your-control-panel

Find below the various steps to follow for each hosting type (Entry Level, Virtual, and Dedicated). If you are not sure what type of subscription you have please consult the following link:

Entry Level subscription

  1. Click on the "Domains icon" or tab
  2. Click on the manage hosting link corresponding to your domain or on your domain name if there is no link
  3. Click on the file manager, or the websites & domains tab then the file manager icon.
  4. Navigate through to the file that you wish to change the permissions on
  5. Corresponding to each file or folder is a padlock icon, down chevron (when hovering your cursor over the file) or a string of letters on the right hand side (this padlock icon may be different if you have chosen a different graphical scheme for your control panel).  Please click this for the file you wish to change permissions on.
  6. Un-tick 'allow inheritable permissions' and click ok.  This will take you back to the previous screen so you will need to click the padlock icon again.
  7. For any .net applications you will need to change the permissions for the 'Plesk IIS WP user (IWAM_plesk(default))'.  For any other programs please change the 'Plesk IIS user (IUSR_'...).  To alter the permissions click on the username, then the available permissions will appear in the corresponding box to the right of where the users are listed.
  8. Once you have changed the permissions click OK to confirm the changes.

*Please note that you cannot change the permissions for the httpdocs folder or its parent folders.*
